About the Show
Wine & Flamenco Experience is an elegant and multidimensional artistic project in the CIRSA Casino, located in front of the Palau de Congresos in Valencia. The concept of the project is composed of three essential elements - wine, tapas and flamenco - making an unforgettable evening.
Wine tasting (in English) of Valencian wines, accompanied by signature tapas and offered by Tristan van Doorn, international sommelier, from prestigious Valencian wineries: Sparkling wine, Calvestra Brut Nature, Winer, Mustiguillo, White wine, LoAlto Tardana, Winery Casa LoAlto and finally Red wine, Cambra UNO. Winery Rafa Cambra.
Afterwards, enjoy delicious tapas prepared by our Executive Chef: Scallop and mango ceviche, Brioche with Cantabrian anchovy 00, grated tomato and red miso mayonnaise and a delicious octopus, pumpkin and Iberian pancetta skewer. The evening concludes with “A Compás”, an exciting flamenco music and dance show, offered by AIRE, a quintet of musicians that will delight you with their flamenco art.

Observations
The tickets will not be sent by post. The confirmation email will serve as your tickets and the reservation will be held under your name at the venue. You can either print the confirmation email or present a copy of the email on a Smartphone or tablet.
