Absolutely 100% the best flamenco place in Malaga, the most amazing experience with superb virtuoso guitarist, fantastic dancing and beautiful singing. Authentic and in an intimate venue with drinks and great atmosphere. I would say its worth visiting Malaga specifically for Kelipe and anything else you do while you're in town will just be a bonus.

We have seen flamenco in Seville, Granada and now Malaga on our trip in Andalucia. All were good but this was amazing! The best by far. The emotion of the dancer and the singer. The skills of the guitarist. The way they seemed to work together to create an intimate and emotional atmosphere was just wonderful. The best part may have been the chance to join in the clapping at the end! Highly recommended.

The entire team,, were incredibly kind, attentive, and passionate about what they do. The performance itself was breathtaking—full of emotion, energy, and authenticity. It was an amazing experience, the show felt alive. The smaller crowd size made us feel like a part of the show. If you want to experience REAL Flamenco and not the Tourist traps I 100% recommend Kelipé. Thanks for the wonderfull evening. Once back in Malaga we definitely will go there again.

I visit Kelipe year after year for many years now and the performers never cease to amaze me. You can never tire of Kelipe. Each show is unique,authentic,and improvised at times which makes it so much more fun and so pleasurable to follow. You will feel like you are part of them.All of the artists are superb and the respect they have on stage for each other is evident as well as the good communication between them during the show which is so important. Amit the guitarist is working magic on his guitar and Suzanna,my dear Suzanna will never cease to amaze me!Her emotion,movement,expression, and energy!She transforms to another plane and dimension. It is not necessary to know Spanish to understand and feel Kelipe. The emotion and expression alone will transport you there. My respect and admiration to Kelipe!!

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. The experience at Kelipe was nothing short of magical — a complete immersion into the soul of flamenco. Suzanna was simply incredible on stage, and she and her partner, the owners of Kelipe, are more than amazing: warm, passionate, and deeply committed to sharing this art in its most authentic form. A night to remember forever.

This is a fabulous experience. Small, intimate setting. This isn’t a sanitized Flamenco, this is passion, energy, sadness and celebration. We’ve seen 5 + shows and never fail to leave moved & amazed. Highly recommended.

It’s been a long time since I was genuinely impressed as I was seeing this performance. If I’m completely honest, my expectations were low but how wrong was I? The guy playing the guitar must have used dark magic. His command of the instrument was nothing short of genius. The performers passion was very evident and they worked so well together that it was truly magnificent. The venue is basic but somehow it made it more honest and all the more authentic. Make the time to go and see them, you will not be disappointed.

The first live flamenco show we attended and we were totally amazed. Powerfully emotional performance, excellent guitar play, wonderful rhytmes. Every cent spent was worth, we do recommend when visiting Málaga. Congratulation to the artist!

Kelipe Centro is a hidden gem that deserves far more recognition. I’m so glad we discovered it during our search. The cozy, warm atmosphere is simple and authentic, perfectly complementing the experience. The music is performed by musicians for the pure love of their craft—no speakers, no microphones, no distractions. It’s raw, ephemeral, and exactly how music is meant to be. The performance we witnessed was truly world-class. It was clear that the performers live and breathe their art, pouring passion into every word and beat. Kudos to the entire team! The singer’s voice was so powerful it could move mountains, while the guitarist showcased incredible mastery, effortlessly performing complex maneuvers and demonstrating a wide range of techniques. I will definitely return when I get the chance to visit Málaga again.

Excellent Flamenco show! A nice, small, intimate venue, fantastic performance filled with passion! 100% recommend!

It's a small club and there's an intimate atmosphere at the show. We were there on a Wednesday and it wasn't fully booked (20-30 people). Nevertheless, the 4 artists performed with total dedication. A fantastic show! Especially during the last song, you could feel how much fun the artists had together on stage. You could clearly feel the passion for flamenco and the desire to perform. It seemed as if the dancer didn't want to stop dancing and so the last song was fired up again and again as it drew to a close. This small venue is run with a lot of heart. We had a very nice evening - thank you and another big round of applause. By the way, the first drink is included for category A tickets, all others can buy drinks before the show starts (I couldn't see the prices). Nothing is sold during the performance to keep the attention on the stage. I recommend booking category A to be able to watch the dancer's footwork better.

The performance was amazing! The performers were so talented, and I loved the music and dancing. It’s a small venue, so it feels very cozy and authentic. My only complaint is that the chairs were pretty uncomfortable, especially when sitting for such an extended period of time.

Such passionate intensity and skill. The best way to enjoy Spanish mixed heritage is to spend time in the world of Flamenco!

This was beyond our expectations. The performers put their hearts and their souls into their show and it was stunning. Me and my husband enjoyed every minute from beginning to end. Special kudos to the translator who did an amazing job keeping up. :))

Amazingly authentic flamenco show. The guitar player is a genius, the singer has a voice full of passion and the dancers move with a vibrant energy. It is advisable to come half an hour early as it is important to have front seats in order to see the legwork of the dancers. This place is the best if you understand spanish as the translations to english are not completely accurate. For a 90 minutes experience the 35€ I payed were a really good offer. I will definitely come again when I’m in Malaga the next time!

Amazing!!! ✨👏💜 Beautiful atmospheric flamenco 💃🏻 show, one of the best in the town. My heart was singing & dancing together with performers. Loved every minute of it. I would suggest to come 20-15 min in advance to get the best seats, as seats are not reserved by ticket in advance. 👌🏻

First off, I’ve seen quite a few great Flamenco shows in and around Andalusia, Spain. This was by far, one of the best. Intimate, and passionate dancing and story-telling, showing you the authentic heart of the Gitanos (Gypses), and the true meaning of Flamenco. Azukarita was a phenom on the guitar! Antonio has a voice that overcomes the room with emotion. Susana was just what you want and expect..a true dancer in every sense of the word, showing all emotions and passion for her art, her heritage, and conveying the story behind it. I highly recommend this show and we would come again, when in Malaga.

A joy to visit here this week with a group of friends (mainly dancers from UK) for a fabulous flamenco lesson with an excellent teacher. (A pre-booked private group visit).We then had the privilege of a powerful performance by the dancer, guitarist and singer from the Kelipé Centre, plus poetry and insights into the history and cultures of the Gypsy Roma people. A deeply emotional and wonderful experience that will stay in our memories and our hearts always. Thank you 💖

Loved this show. Really felt like you were in someone’s home where the artists wanted you to have the best experience. Warm, friendly and very talented. The only negative is that it was a bit hot in the theater.

It's generally good, but it also depends on your expectation. It's not a "classic" show. They do improv, or at least they did when I was there. Sometimes it can happen that they sit for a few minutes and Ms.Susana just chats. I wish we would've seen more of Kike dancing than chatting and narrating stories. Perhaps the show is more tailored to locals than tourists. I loved the passionate singing of Mr.Antonio though.

So, here the review. 20th of July 2023, we went to this flamenco show. First, a small disclaimer - I am not exactly sure whether they have always the same people on - for us it was Antonio, Asucar, Jose, and Susanna. Expectations were moderately high after reading some previous reviews. I personally had almost no prior knowledge of flamenco, apart from being a traditional dance and song practice associated with gitanos. My companion, an ardent dancer, was also in the dark, So, initial uncertainty with regard to the theatrics. And then... no cliché of the type ´knocked our socks off´ could do any justice to the performace these four delivered. What would stay with me for the rest of my post-flamenco initiation life, however, was not the mesmerizing music and dance, but rather the passion of the group. A hackneyd word, used in all sorts of relentless, incoherent, and heart-wrenching marketing outpourings - your bank serves you with passion, the pan and utensils producer is passionate about food, etc., etc. We are all passionate to perform, deliver surplus, figure on the spreadsheets. Well, let me tell you something: Antonio, Asucar, Jose and Susanna were in fact passionate. It is almost like a bad joke about stereotypes, Andalusia, Gitanos and Spaniards. Those four did something rare - without any strings and safety, performing in front of a small, quasi-illiterate crowd (mostly tourists and, as previously noted, without previous knowledge of flamenco), those four not simply performed with heart and soul, they delivered all on the small stage. They served us heart and soul on a platter and we were in awe. This was one of the most life-afmirming experiences in my life (with my clothes on) - to see and feel sometimes their insecurity, to notice small technical imperfections, and to realize that all these are meager, fleeting shadows, overwhelmed completely by courage and zeal, washed in the light of human passion and aspiration. Man, could I cry and laugh, and talk about them throughout the evening (and the following evenings). And then cry again. Well, as far as reviews go - I can only recommend this show. We tried another one in Malaga, and we repeatedly told ourselves that there is not point in comparing the two... I know that I would now learn more about flamenco and want to see those four again. I hope my children can also see them.

I've watched a Flamenco performance many times so I have a comparison. This one was very good. I recommend this place.

Fantastic guitar playing, dancing, singing and percussions. The entire show was in Spanish which made it hard for us to understand the story but you can feel the emotions. Obviously doing it in English would ruin the authenticity.

From the warm welcome from the host (who turned out to be the guitarist!) to the stunning performance by Susana and the singers it was a perfect night. Although the majority (but not all) of the audience were tourists this is not a tourist trap, it's an intimate and moving place to experience a powerful artistic tradition. Highly recommended.

Wow. Was blown away by the performance here. Kelipe has a simple, relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Everybody was very friendly, it really was an amazing night. Not a tourist trap at all. We will be back again

An amazing experience ! This was my 2nd time but it was a totally different show from Barcelona, it was very passionate and had a lot of emotion. The people were warm and friendly and we loved that it was a small venue and not so touristic. The music and dancing will be memorable for us.

Mesmerising experience. Full of joy, emotion and power. A truly authentic Flamenco show. We loved it! Particularly after Covid it’s important to support such institutions and smaller venues so the craft and traditions continue to enchant the generations to come!

First time visit was excellent. Staff had special inside police in the time of corona but they are very warm and kind. I had special request for sitting "cos I had photo camera. They place me in the good position for taking photos. Glass of vine, quite handy for the duration of show. I have enjoyed greatly and would like to thank all of them.
