The payment for the tickets will appear on your bank statement under the name "FlamencoTickets" or "Flamtickets". The confirmation email will serve as your tickets and the reservation will be held under your name at the venue. You can either print the confirmation email or present a copy of the email on a Smartphone or tablet. If you are not able to print or present a copy of the email on a Smartphone or tablet, please send us an email ([email protected]) directly after finalizing the purchase and we will arrange entry presenting photo identification (Passport, driver's license or other national identity card).
2.- How to add to or cancel my order
To add to an order whenever you have not finished the purchase, you can click on the button "Modify Order" during the purchase process or start a new order for additional tickets if you have already completed your order.
To Cancel an order after making a purchase, it may be cancelled with the right to reimbursement of 90% provided the following conditions are fulfilled:
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours advance notice will result in a full refund of the tickets cost less a 10% processing fee. If cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the show date, then the total price of the tickets reserved will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail ([email protected]).
a) Only orders for the venues "Los Tarantos Barcelona" and "Gran Festival Flamenco Barcelona": All ticket sales for "Los Tarantos Barcelona" and "Gran Festival Flamenco Barcelona" are final and no cancellations/modifications are possible. For any cancellation the total amount of the reservation cost will not be refunded.
b) Only orders from 15 people: Cancellations made with more than 15 days advance notice will result in a full refund of the tickets cost less a 10% processing fee. If cancellation is made less than 15 days before the show date, then the total price of the tickets reserved will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail ([email protected]).
c) New Year’s Eve Events: For some New Year’s Eve events there may be special conditions and cancellation policies. In this case we will contact you via email to inform you of the conditions before processing your order.
3.- Legal Framework
In compliance with current regulations, the entity FLAMENCO TICKETS, S.L.U. that operates over the internet from this website WWW.FLAMENCOTICKETS.COM the following are the general termas and conditions for contracting the products and/or services offered through the same and of which the rights and obligations of the parties are generated.
The present general terms and conditions of contracting (hereinafter "Conditions") have the function of regulating the relationship between Flamenco TICKETS, S.L.U (hereinafter the "Provider") and the Customers (hereinafter the"User"), relating to all transactions carried out through the website of the online shop.

There is no maximum order. The only limit is the availability of available places for the requested service.
20.- Expenses and shipping forms and delivery time
When it comes to buying tickets for shows, shipping costs do not exist. The method for ticket delivery is via email, without prejudice that in the future the possibility of a shipment other than that mentioned is extended.
The email confirmation of the order will serve as an entry to the show and the user can print the same or submit a copy of the email in the venue of the show in digital format.
The order will be sent to the email address you indicated at the time you made your purchase.
21.- Delivery time
The time between the completion of the order and the delivery date varies depending on the show and collaborating company, previously receiving confirmation before the start of the show. We advise you that upon receipt of your tickets, verify that everything is in accordance with your order. Otherwise, please contact our customer service, see its section.
Where can I check my invoice? The invoice is sent by email and by postal mail to the address indicated by the user when making the purchase.
23.- Value Added Tax
In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the website will be subject to value added tax (VAT).
24.- Methods the modalities of payment
In general, the user can choose the method of payment:
A) By credit/debit card, for which it will facilitate, among others:

Failure to attend the event or error when purchasing the ticket is not a cause for return, without prejudice to the cancellation policy set out in heading 18 (see).
