El Burro Blanco

Yes, definitely go here! We went to two flamenco shows during our vacation — both were good, but this one was the best! It was the perfect Spanish cultural experience. The staff were friendly, there was plenty of space to sit, and it wasn’t too crowded. And the dancers… wow, truly impressive! You can tell they’ve put a lot of effort into mastering their skills. Don’t miss this opportunity — make sure to go!

Unfortunately our experience was terrible. We arrived early as seating was supposed to be assigned on a first come first serve basis. We were placed at a table by a column and told other seats were reserved even though it wasn't possible to reserve. After the show started they began putting tapas platters on the tables, and they put 4 on our table which we didn't order. We assumed these were on the house but we were later charged for them. The guy with long black hair blamed us for not telling them we didn't order this in the middle of the show when they out this stuff on our table. No issue to pay for things we did order but this behavior felt a bit like we were at a tourist trap. I hardly ever complain about places I go to. The show was nice and soulful but unfortunately the setup is less than desirable. We chose this place over others in Granada and Malaga due to the reviews and it pains to say it did absolute not live to its reputation.

Fabulous show which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed although with arthritis I was very uncomfortable perched on a stool and peering over the upstairs balcony. There was also some confusion over drinks. Many reviews stated that the ticket price included one drink however we were given a bill for ours. Other tables seemed not to receive a bill. We had a water each so I don’t know if it was bottled drinks that were being charged for but it was confusing. We didn’t have a problem with it but the policy whatever it was didn’t seem to be being applied across the board.

Horrible night in this place El Burro Blanco and frustration right from arriving there. Terrible experience. I would give a zero star review if possible. My husband pre booking & paying with our TUI hotel rep, and recieving email confirmation and tickets, we and dozens of other pre paid customers were left queueing outside for about 45 mins. When we finally got to the checking in girl she said there's nothing in her book about our reservation. When I showed the booking email and ticket and stood there arguing for 5 mins they grudgingly gave us a table. After sitting in a cramped tablet for another 30+ mins ( the show was already running well late at this point), we could see and hear lots of commotion around us. They were kicking customers out left right and centre despite all having pre paid and showing valid tickets. Clearly there was a massive problem with their booking system. Then a woman called Martina who I think was the manager then came over to us and demanded we leave and was very rude, saying we had done a ' fake booking' whatever that means. Then she started blaming TUI for not paying them. I had a very heated exchange with Martina, When my husband and I came out she is called us horrible names and said problem solution They had completely wasted our time, accused us of being fraudsters, and ruined our nigh nerve to call my husband a 'bastardo' as we were walking out. They were kicking customers out left right and centre despite all having pre paid and showing valid tickets.. Then a woman called Martina who I think was the manager then came over to us and demanded we leave and was very rude, saying we had done a ' fake booking' whatever that means and after she said bring the money in hotel ( for me is very controversial what she say) My opinion is abuse and disrespect.Then she started blaming TUI for not paying them. My husband I was going to give them a bad review for this, and she then had the The place is looking dusty and moody 😞. I explained it to my friends Spanish and they are so shame about it.😭👎👎👎

Then a woman called Martina (who I think was the manager) then came over to us snatched our drinks away and demanded we leave and was very rude, saying we had 'done a fake booking' whatever that means?!? Then she started blaming TUI for not paying them. My wife and I had a very heated exchange with Martina, because they had completely wasted our time, accused us of being fraudsters, and ruined our night. She then bizarrely then offered to come to our hotel the next morning and give us the ticket fee, which was basically a bribe ( that I rejected) because they knew they were in deep trouble for overbooking that night and desperate to get rid of some customers. I said the situation was appalling and I was going to give them a bad review for this, and she then had the nerve to call me a 'bastardo' as we were walking out.

What a performance! What a passionate dance 💃🏽! What splendid dancers ! Must see flamenco , one of the best ever I have seen ! Genius passion and devotion while performing with a excellent vocals of the group , and the guitar 🎸 too. Must see and the cosy bar is just perfect interior to this such passion full on breathtaking performance with a linger feeling of understanding of love and sadness. Must see ! Excellent
