About the Show

Cueva La Faraona is a tablao located in a small cave in Granada, where the walls preserve the spirit of flamenco traditions of the legendary Sacromonte neighborhood. In this intimate setting with a capacity for only 25 people, the art is experienced in a close and familiar way, typical of the gypsy culture in the mountains of Granada.

The flamenco show at the Cueva la Faraona of one hour is an experience that, through the heel tapping, the singing, and the fascinating melodies of the guitar, allows you to breathe flamenco, to feel it in the open soul of the artists. A sample of their talents, emotions and the richness of the flamenco heritage.

In Cueva la Faraona, respect and love for the roots of flamenco is preserved, but it is also a place where local artists of the new generation develop flamenco, equally full of energy and passion for this art and life. The result is a dynamic and exciting show that will captivate all types of audiences.

Reviews

Amazing. If you are looking for authentic flamenco shows, this is the place to go. The performers were passionate and had an incredible energy. We had 2 amazing evenings (we couldn't not come back). Thank you!
I live in Granada and I can tell you that place is the best one where you can enjoy the purest flamenco. Must in Granada! 🎯
Amazing place, amazing people in Sacromonte.. We just came across when we passed from of. And we spent 6 hours in. Really local place, is not like touristic places which of shown flamenco. Owners are so kind.
Very familiar and cozy.
Found this little gem by chance! Fantastic music, by their guitarist and barman who plays the 'drums' against a wooden box with his hands! Authentic place that locals visit - we were the only two tourists there, which meant they couldn't communicate with us in English. But this in no way prevented us from feeling welcome and being included by everyone there! We had so much fun, and the guitarist couldn't believe we weren't from Spain - we apparently danced just like the Spanish! We got up and danced to the music in between the live performances, and it was great! There was no flamenco dancing at the time we went, which was 8pm on Good Friday, but still, no complaints! Would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.
