El Gallo Ronco, Flamenco Show in Málaga

We got Malaga classics here, fried anchovies, padron peppers, calamari, fried eggplants, all was very good. Also I got artichokes hearts, my beloved vegetable, it was very well done and seasoned. Thank you

Food was amazing, service best in Malaga, Maribel made us feel so welcome and explained the GF and allergy menu so well. Nothing was a problem all the staff was amazing, delicious food and the atmosphere was so much fun. We hope to come back on our last night but they’re already booked 🙈

We enjoyed a tapas dinner of Albondigas, Patatas Bravas, Lamb Brocheta (skewer) and tomato salad. All very tasty and arrived within a few minutes of ordering! Extremely friendly waiter made it a lively and fun experience too. Heaters kept us cosy and atmosphere in courtyard area was buzzing too.

Love this place, we often go with Friends for drinks after work. The service is always really good, prices are cheap, they’ve also just renovated the restaurant and it looks super nice. And there’s always a table even tho they’re very busy. An institution!

I came here two days ago for a flamenco performance and it was absolutely breath-taking! The artists were superb. It was one of the most intense and emotional dance amd music performances I've ever seen!.intimate settings and the true spirit of flamenco. Highly recommended.

This was recommended to us by someone and as we stood waiting to be helped even a guest told us it was great. However, the service was bad. Basically we were ignored. It was only after I asked the waitress about a table did she speak to us. We sat down and just to get the drinks order was painfully long. The waiter seemed bothered by it. It was pathetic! Not sure what his problem was. We got drinks then decided to go elsewhere where we were appreciated. We’re paying customers like everyone else but we were treated terribly. I would not recommend based on the service and do a review on my social media. It’s a shame that this restaurant was like this to us. Absolutely terrible service!!!

Bought flamenco tickets online. Arrived last night Monday for the first show. We was escorted immediately to our table and given our included beer. Very intimate setting.... Amazing Amazing show. It was very very emotional and it was unforgettable, it truly moved me...... My partner who came to see flamenco show, ( reluctantly ) only agreed because he plays guitar, he was so pleased he came . Stunning show it's a must see... Well done true artistes .....

This was a disappointing experience. We had a reservation but when we arrived the hostess did not see it. I had to show the confirm. She was flustered by it and ran off to a table for us to follow. We ordered our drinks, then waited 25 minutes and nobody came for the food order. We couldn't waive down anyone either. We signaled the hostess and asked for the bill, explaining nobody came. She left. Still nobody came. We finally got up and asked a different server for our bill, paid and went across the road and had a fabulous meal at Kracken.

Went here for the flamenco show, the performers are amazing. Great show, recommend if you are looking for thr authentic andaluzian experience when it comes to flamenco.

Very large restaurant that also sells a show of Spains traditional dance. I paid for the show and then had dinner after it finished. I recommend paying to see the show because of the cultural experience. They food was also very good and very affordable. One thing i will mention is, i asked for mayonnaise sauce and they charged me 1 euro extra on the bill. I found that to be funny. Also, keep in mind that the gps will not take you to this location. You have to park as close as you can and then walk.

The flamenco show was most definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Malaga. The grace and passion of the singer and dancers was intensely riveting. I will return anytime I’m in this beautiful city.

My wife and I had visited as part of a tapas tour and decided to go back. We had salad, calamari, tuna skewer and pork steak. The steak tasted good but was a little tough. My wife said the calamari was great, although there was enough for 3 people. Tuna skewer and salad were very good. Sangria was so so and would probably order beer next time.

Good food but service not enough attentive however there is 1 guy he was great!

The atmosphere and service was really good. The food was served really quickly and it was all very delicious. It was tidy all the time, and the servers were all very nice. I ordered the croquettes, pil pil prawns and meat balls in tomato sauce.

Nice place quite central in the city, where we had a nice breakfast twice (good bacon 😊). Nice selection from the menu Polite and very friendly service and fast serving. It is possible to sit both inside and outside. We could well come back here the next time we come to Malaga.

A memorable flamenco performance by the team. My first time ever, though heard of Flamenco many times during Spanish visits. The place was cosy and very friendly. The Flamenco singers and dancers provided an energetic and passion full of experience to remember. Bravo!!

Perfectly nice enough bar with tapas nibbles. The aubergine fried crisps were the best thing. The padron peppers were bitter and prawns not that fresh but it was good and value for money for a light meal.

I absolutely love the location of the restaurant it is in a beautiful hidden plaza, which makes the experience really unique. The staff is really friendly and the food is really good. If you have the chance try to calamari and eggplant with sugar cane honey, delicious! I didn’t get the chance to see it but they also have a flamenco show in case you are interested.

I enjoyed every single minute of the show! It was captivating and emotional, performers were charismatic and passionate, amazing! Very pleasant atmosphere and pleasant staff. The best flamenco I've ever seen live!

This was my first pick searching from 2 other popular flamenco shows in Malaga and let me tell you Cal Y Canto did not disappoint. Four exceptional artists ready to leave it all on stage and what a show it was. Intimate, emotional and filled with intense energy. Reserve with confidence and recommended at the most.

I loved this place! Very good flamenco artists, guitar, singer and dancer. Very kind manager who tried his best to still get a good seat on a fully booked evening. Have been to a lot of flamenco shows in Spain,but this one definitely counts to the authentic and very passionate ones I’ve seen so far.

Very good tapas, nice location, friendly staff! The tapas are hudge and very tasty! Great find!

The indoor environment was well-decorated, most of the tables were outdoor though. Also the music was relaxing indoors. Didn’t order cooked food, so couldn’t comment on it. But the Tinto de Verano was legit. In terms of price, it was average in the area: Tinto de verano (€2.5), Tapa Queso (€3). Staff was polite.

The Flamenco performance was stunning, from the guitarist, to the singers and the dancers. The place is cozy and traditional, the all experience feels really authentic. The staff were friendly and attentive. Absolutely good value for money considering it was a great performance and it included a glass of sangria which was very good and a small tapa. Highly recommended.
