1.- Tickets
The payment for the tickets will appear on your bank statement under the name "FlamencoTickets" or "Flamtickets". The confirmation email will serve as your tickets and the reservation will be held under your name at the venue. You can either print the confirmation email or present a copy of the email on a Smartphone or tablet. If you are not able to print or present a copy of the email on a Smartphone or tablet, please send us an email (info@flamencotickets.com) directly after finalizing the purchase and we will arrange entry presenting photo identification (Passport, driver's license or other national identity card).

2.- How to add to or cancel my order
To add to an order whenever you have not finished the purchase, you can click on the button "Modify Order" during the purchase process or start a new order for additional tickets if you have already completed your order.

To Cancel an order after making a purchase, it may be cancelled with the right to reimbursement of 90% provided the following conditions are fulfilled:

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours advance notice will result in a full refund of the tickets cost less a 10% processing fee. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the show date, then the total price of the tickets reserved will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail (info@flamencotickets.com).

EXCEPTIONS
a) Only orders for the venue "Gran Festival Flamenco Barcelona": All ticket sales for "Gran Festival Flamenco Barcelona" are final and no cancellations/modifications are possible.  For any cancellation the total amount of the reservation cost will not be refunded.
b) Only orders from 15 people: Cancellations made with more than 15 days advance notice will result in a full refund of the tickets cost less a 10% processing fee. If cancellation is made less than 15 days before the show date, then the total price of the tickets reserved will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail (info@flamencotickets.com).
c) New Year’s Eve Events: For some New Year’s Eve events there may be special conditions and cancellation policies. In this case we will contact you via email to inform you of the conditions before processing your order.

3.- Legal Framework
In compliance with current regulations, the entity FLAMENCO TICKETS, S.L.U. that operates over the internet from this website WWW.FLAMENCOTICKETS.COM the following are the general termas and conditions for contracting the products and/or services offered through the same and of which the rights and obligations of the parties are generated.

FLAMENCO TICKETS, S.L.U acquires the tickets to shows from the organizer of the show and therefore is the owner of the tickets of the shows that are transferred to the final purchaser of the tickets, therefore the transmission of the tickets occurs in its own name. In no case it provides a mediation service with the organizer of the show.

FLAMENCO TICKETS, S.L.U is primarily responsible for the tickets supplied in any case, events such as the suspension of the show for reasons attributable to the organizer of the show.

FLAMENCO TICKETS, S.L.U carries out the arrangement on its own account of the service of sale of tickets of shows, without any third party intervening in the operation of the referred sale, not even the organizer where the show takes place.

FLAMENCO TICKETS, S.L.U carries out the sale of tickets of the shows in name and on its own account, having provided by itself the corresponding service of access to a cultural show.

The provision of the service of access to the show is subject to Value Added Tax, being applicable the rate of 10 percent as established in article 91.Uno.2.6º of the Value Added Tax Law.

4.- Identification
The present general terms and conditions of contracting (hereinafter "Conditions") have the function of regulating the relationship between Flamenco TICKETS, S.L.U (hereinafter the "Provider") and the Customers (hereinafter the"User"), relating to all transactions carried out through the website of the online shop.

8.- Modifications
The lender reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were previously acquired to the modification by the user.

The user agrees to read carefully the conditions of recruitment, each time you proceed to the booking of a product as they have been modified since the last time he agreed.

9.- Nullity
If any clause included in these conditions is declared to be wholly or partly null or void or ineffective, such nullity will affect only that provision or the part of the same that is void or ineffective, subsisting in all other conditions.

10.- Object of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between the provider and the user at the time the buyer accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms set out below.

The contractual relation of sale implies the delivery, in exchange of a determined price and publicly exposed through the web site, of one or several specific products.

Each of these products or services may be subject to specific regulation by the particular contracting conditions of each one of them, of which more detail is given in the section on guarantee, returns, withdrawal, or in the technical data sheet of the product, due to the different formats in which the products or services are marketed, to their packagings or their own nature.

11.- Users Register
Our website has a system of purchase without user registration process. The user shall only enter his/her personal data as: name and surname, shipping address, phone number and email when they are going to make the reservation on our website.

The user has full responsibility for its use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.

The user will not be able to choose as user name words that are intended to confuse others by identifying them as an integral member of the provider, as well as expressions profane language, insulting and in general, contrary to the law or to the demands of morals and good manners.

12.- Geographical area
This website FLAMENCO TICKETS, S.L.U. operates and sells, ALL OVER THE WORLD. Hereinafter, this geographical area shall be understood as "the territory". use of this web as well as any purchase made in the same is considered made in Spain, and therefore subject to the Spanish laws and regulations in force.

13.- Product Information
The provider puts great attention to information on the characteristics of services through technical descriptions from its collaborating companies, and photographs illustrating services, shows and events. All this is done within the limits of the technique and respecting the standards of the market.

14.- Taxes, currency and shipping costs
The prices indicated for each product include the value added tax (VAT) and in any case will be expressed in the Euro currency (€). These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs or any other additional services and attachments to the product purchased if any.

15.- Language in which the contract is developed
The contracting procedure and the pre-contractual information are in Castilian, English, French and German and these will be the languages that will be used to carry out the contracting.

17.- Product availability
The purchase of tickets to the shows offered on our website is subject to availability.

18.- Types of/services products
The website has a wide variety of shows especially flamenco-related, organized by province for easy search.

19.- Maximum order amount
There is no maximum order. The only limit is the availability of available places for the requested service.

20.- Expenses and shipping forms and delivery time
When it comes to buying tickets for shows, shipping costs do not exist. The method for ticket delivery is via email, without prejudice that in the future the possibility of a shipment other than that mentioned is extended.

The email confirmation of the order will serve as an entry to the show and the user can print the same or submit a copy of the email in the venue of the show in digital format.

The order will be sent to the email address you indicated at the time you made your purchase.

21.- Delivery time
The time between the completion of the order and the delivery date varies depending on the show and collaborating company, previously receiving confirmation before the start of the show. We advise you that upon receipt of your tickets, verify that everything is in accordance with your order. Otherwise, please contact our customer service, see its section.

22.- Invoice
Where can I check my invoice? The invoice is sent by email and by postal mail to the address indicated by the user when making the purchase.

23.- Value Added Tax
In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the website will be subject to value added tax (VAT).

.- Methods the modalities of payment
In general, the user can choose the method of payment:

A) By credit/debit card, for which it will facilitate, among others:

(i) card number;
(ii) CVV/CVC;
(iii) Expiration date of the card;

-Once the payment has been made correctly, the user will receive a confirmation email certifying the essential conditions of the operation:

The provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in the event of any evidence of fraudulent operations by bringing to the attention of the competent authorities any conduct that is susceptible to investigation for the prevention of fraud.

26.- Right of withdrawal
The user will not be able to desist from the purchase made after the tickets have been purchased. To do this you will have to verify exactly the dates and data entered.

Failure to attend the event or error when purchasing the ticket is not a cause for return, without prejudice to the cancellation policy set out in heading 18 (see).

The rights recognized by the legislation in force remain safe.

28.- Products Guarantee
FLAMENCO TICKETS guarantees that in the event of cancellation, annulment or modification in the conditions of the events that may arise, it will offer you a change of date or refund of the entry amount.

In order to be able to make the guarantee effective, contact customer service by telephone or email, where you will be informed of the process to follow.

29.- Provider Rights
-Keep, modify or suspend its website without prior notice.
-Change the price of the offers.
-Reject orders for lack of stock or non-payment of the customer.
-Reject access to the computer tools to clients in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
-To perceive the amount of the purchases of the client, accepted the transaction.
-Reserve the domain and keep the full ownership of the item until the full payment by the customer.
-Not reproducing, alienating or disposing of the information published by the Provider in all its contents without the express permission of the company itself.
-Proceed to correct or amend human or computer errors.

30.- Limitation of liability

In any case, the Provider disclaims any liability for damages caused as a result of providing false, insufficient, inaccurate or incorrect information.

Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, exhaustiveness, accuracy, adequacy and updating of the information provided by the user through the corresponding forms.

The Provider shall not be liable in those cases in which it corresponds to the parents, guardians or legal representatives of the minor or incapacitated users, authorize the access, supply of personal information or use of the web site or the contracting of any products or services provided through the applications or web platform. 31.- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by the conditions, to the courts and tribunals of the user's home.

In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the courts and tribunals of the home of the OWNER OF THE WEBSITE.
