About the Show

Founded in 1966 by Don José Luis Nuñez de Prado, Los Gallos is one of Seville’s oldest tablaos and perhaps one of the best settings: a renovated historic home in the Plaza de Santa Cruz. The venue is small and elegant, and puts to use the rustic and traditional architecture of the original building as a backdrop for traditional flamenco performances. The establishment remains family owned and operated, as guests will note in the warm welcome they receive. The venue also offers bar service for those who wish to order a drink.

With a privileged location Los Gallos has and continues to attract some of the best talent on the flamenco circuit, providing a stage for recognized performers as well as new and promising talent. In over forty years the tablao has welcomed a long list of artists such as Merche Esmeralda, Cristina Hoyos, La Paquera de Jerez, Manolo Marin, Farruco, Matilde Coral Chocolate, Naranjito de Triana and many more. And over this same time Los Gallos has maintained a strict dedication to pure and traditional flamenco.

Restoration work has converted the home into a unique, intimate and comfortable venue for flamenco performances. The live flamenco shows do not make use of any sound amplification devices such as microphones or speakers. Instead, the acoustics of the building highlight the natural and pure talents of the artists.

Reviews

While the price of the tickets were a bit more than other shows in the area, it was definitely worth every single penny. The theater is lovely and the performers were out of this world incredible!! We were so moved by the performance. It brought tears to our eyes, joy to our hearts, passion to our bones, and we didn't want it to end. Looking forward to seeing another performance here next time we're in Sevilla.
Great little Flamenco place, dance show would not usually be my thing, but really enjoyed it. They have no photos in the show, to stop annoying people, but them allow photos in the last 10 mins.
We visited Tablao Flamenco Los Gallos on a whim on Tuesday evening, and what an incredible experience it was! Sevilla offers so much more than its rich history, stunning architecture, and delicious tapas — Flamenco is a mesmerising art form that truly captures the soul of the city. The performers at Los Gallos — dancers, singers and musicians — were exceptionally skilled, delivering a powerful and emotional performance that left us in awe. The venue itself is intimate and authentic, creating the perfect atmosphere to fully immerse yourself in this beautiful tradition. If you’re visiting Sevilla, don’t miss the chance to experience this unforgettable showcase of Flamenco at its finest!
A must see show in Seville!! This show is fantastic, every team musician, dancer or singer is amazing in his/her own way. It’s so patriotic, romantic and spectacular in so many ways!
Not knowing enough about flamenco, I couldn’t tell if this was great or not, but one of the 3 dancers was amazing. There were 5 segments (no photos or videos allowed) plus one final farewell segment (photos/videos allowed). One of the segments was a solo guitar performance. The venue was small & intimate, up to about 60 seats. Unfortunately some males singers chat a lot offstage during the segments. Some Japanese guests and Spanish guests also chat occasionally. Was it worth €35? If no other convenient options, it could be an entry show to experience flamenco in Seville. Drinks (€5 each) were not mandatory.
I wasn't that keen on going to what could be a tourist trap.....how wrong I was, the flamenco dances were extraordinary, not only were the dances out of breath, I was out of breath at the end of the performances. Well worth the ticket price and drinks served during the performance reasonably priced.
