About the Show

Tablao La Alboreá was founded with the firm intention to offer a unique flamenco experience in the city of Granada. Located in the heart of Granada just off the famous Plaza Nueva, the location is within walking distance from almost any point in the old city center. Tablao La Alboreá offers authentic flamenco shows of approximately one hour in length and featuring four artists, many of whom have strong roots in the city of Granada.

Inside La Alboreá options include seating close to the main stage or the intimate atmosphere of the VIP section on the top floor. The acoustics of the venue allow a show without microphones or amplifiers, offering a live flamenco which is more natural and authentic. Every day the performances feature a singer, guitarist, and two dancers from a wide range of artists, many of them belonging to recognized families of Sacromonte and with a long flamenco trajectory.  The artists interpret dance, music and song which serve as a tour through the different styles of flamenco.

The rotating cast performing nightly in Tablao La Alborea includes well-known artists such as Antonio Heredia, Alicia Morales, Joni Cortés, Manuel Carmona, Rafael Fajardo, César Cubero, Conchi Maya, María Bertos, Jara Heredia, Antonia Heredia, Antonio Molina ‘Choro’, Pol Vaquero, Daniel Navarro or Juanma Carrillo, among others.

Tablao La Alboreá has fully adapted to the new sanitary protocols in terms of air purification, social distance, antibacterial gel dispensers distributed throughout the premises, cleaning and disinfection of common areas, etc. in order to guarantee the safety of its clients.

Reviews

Enjoyable performance and very pleasing in the eyes, ears, and mind. The singer, guitarist, dancers are very passionate with their work of art. I watched this show with my partner and we both loves and enjoying every minute of it. We took the ticket with wine and sausages - with this set they provide us table on the balcony side. Definitely recommended to book this show during your visit in Granada. I would give 10 stars for the artists!
Spectacular and passionate...a true expression of heartbeating and flaming sentiments. The show lasts one hour...we went to the 20:45 show. The theatre is quite small and quaint with a small bar inside that serves drinks. It was my first time watching flamenco live but anyway the guitar player was very good as well as the woman singer and the two dancers were tireless even if you could see the heat and sweat dripping down their neck. Great show!
Wonderful performance by down-to-earth and passionate people. They seem to really enjoy what they do, and enjoy working together and taking pride in each other's performance. Don't hesitate, book to see this. The price is reasonable so do yourself a favour. Drinks are available, so are toilets and WiFi. Look online for performances and when you attend, you'll see these people are extremely good. To the performers, thank you for a wonderful evening.
What a terrible show! I feel like I got scammed. Looked like they had ants in their pants and were running around the stage. I was praying to god the show would finish. It went on for 40ish minutes. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY. Edit: The company seems to have the same response for each bad review which I find funny. It was a terrible show and now I have attached videos to prove what a joke it was. Is this really flamenco? Looks like headless chickens running around the stage Edit 2: This establishment is a so rude. I will of course give my opinion, it’s a review! based off personal experience. Also I said 40 ish minutes which means it wasn’t exactly 40 minutes. Looks like some brain cells were lost while running around like headless chickens. Regardless of the length of the show, it was pure torture. I’d rather watch a crackhead dance in the subway than this show.
We had an incredible experience at Tablao Flamenco La Alborea in Granada. The performance was mesmerizing, with passionate and skilled dancers bringing the art of flamenco to life. The intimate setting allowed us to fully appreciate the energy and emotion of the show. The ambiance was authentic, and the service was attentive, adding to the overall enjoyment. It was a memorable evening of captivating music and dance, and a highlight of our time in Granada.
A wonderful evening watching authentic flamenco dancing in a small, intimate venue. The singer & guitar player were just as impressive as the dancers, whose energy & passion for flamenco was spectacular. Would definitely recommend.
