Once payment information is received we will confirm your reservation, generally within 12-24 hours. For group bookings processing times may be longer as work out all of the details for you.

After receiving your payment information and confirming the reservation with the establishment, we will send you the booking confirmation including the address and contact information of the venue.

For any cancellations you can find individual policies on each establishment page.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the prices or any other information presented on our website is updated daily. But we will always inform you about any changes before confirming a reservation.

Information we may request includes your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, credit card details as well as other similar personal information.

We use a secure server with SSL encryption, which ensures a confidential data exchange over the internet. If you are still worried about sending your payment information via this medium, then you can also send us the information by fax or give your details over the phone.
